Chemical Sensitivity

How are those other than the primary user being affected?

As a user ask we must ask ourselves if we are being fair to others around us. Are we adversly hurting our spouses, our friends, our children?

Do we read the ingredient label of the products we are using?

How is the primary user being affected?

----

How do particular types of chemistry adversely affect the stomach, head/brain, respiratory-system, blood stream, other body systems/functions?

Some of the things which adversely affect us we may consume directly; as in perhaps by eating them. And there are other times we may BREATHE FUMES of chemical emissions, stuff that we set off and sometimes as "second hand". The skin may be exposed to substances, irritating the skin or entering thru the skin-barrier to affect other parts of the body. There are different types of emissions : Stuff that burns, stuff that give off fumes(products that give off chemicals which become airborne), emmitable like thru trees or flowers giving off fumes.(particular fumes in airspace)

Consider the "confined space"/enclosed-space. For example, a house or car with windows closed.

DAMAGING CHEMICAL FUME BUILD UP and dangers.

Warning Signs; PAIN, Loss of strength/weakness. Trouble breathing, halucinations.

Perhaps when we notice things like hair loss, or extreme gum/teeth problems, or rashes ~  those may be signs that there is something badly going on with the chemistry.

A body may be working "over time" to try to deal with the bad chemistry exposures and so an individual gets sick and tired.

----

Particular Consumer Products which contain adversely dangerous chemicals. Such as some soaps (Hand, hair, dish soaps. Household cleansers. Other types of soaps) Lotions and perfumes. The fumes they give off thru being around the area where the products are directly used or where the USER carries the fumes. Residue of soaps on plates and cups and bowls after being washed with particular soaps, by hand or in dishwasher.

Laundry : The washer soap swirls around and enters airspace, the dryer heats up and fumes often also fill the airspace. Sometimes if perfumes were used on the clothes it does not always "wash out" of the clothing and in some cases it "heats off" in the dryer and enters the airspace.(So, a re-exposure to the chemical may be made in this way.)

WATER, salted dangers? Chemically treated water dangers? Consider Other dangers with water supplies, any number of contaminants.

Engine-fumes, some of those small unfiltered devices like gas powered trimmers etc... Those emissions can really affect an individual.

Relating to automotive vehicle fumes ~ are there different types of emission chemicals depending on the particular brand/concoction of gasoline? What about being around some of that "additive" stuff people add to cars... as with much of this "chemical talk"there are so many variables in this department I guess.

What about garages which are attached to the house and there is danger of fume migration into the household? There are many other products which may be in your garage that may be emitting undesireable chemistry... Perhaps the old propane gas grill tank that is slowly emmitting gas residuals into the area, or sometimes people keep alot of automotive stuff in there, oil-gas type stuff etc.

Air conditioning, is there anything in the cooled-air that is emitted besides just "cool air"? I noticed that I sometimes get sick in cars with air conditioning. I also sometimes get sick in tight traffic where there is a lot of fumes in one area.

HEATING ~ Is there danger linked with trace amounts of gas being emmited inside the house? What about the danger of OIL heating tanks which hold the product inside the house, do they give off fumes? And again, what is carried in the heated air of oil fueled heating systems besides just heated air?

Upholstery/carpets from cars or household products.(fumes from such)

Smoke stack and vented type emissions.

OUT OF BALANCE Plants that we may eat or breathe the fumes of.

Dangerous fertilizer, either thru direct contact or fumes that plants give off when they "suck up" the fertilizer.

OUT DOOR PLUMES FROM : CORN/crop FIELDS which were grown with particular types of fertilizer, LAWN FERTILIZERS...

Dangerous minerals, dangerous synthetics. (either thru direct exposure to these substances or thru indirect exposure such as the syn or min being used in another product.)

Electrical devices which heat up and give off fumes.

Particular types of candles : when they burn they give off toxins and the scents that some types of candles give off just sitting there.

Some types of toaster-products/"oven-heatables". The chemicals "burn off" and enter the airspace just like some of those dangerous cigarettes everybody's always talking about.

DRUGS? Obviously there is the direct exposure danger if a primary user consumes such.  However, what is the situation concerning exposure in second hand ways?  Should precaution be taken in some cases by the primary user to limit the possible adverse exposure being made to another secondary user?

Swimming pools? Is the water safely treated? Or is the chemistry causing problems?

All sorts of other types of consumer products from toothpastes to air-fresheners. What is the chemistry?

Septic/sewage ~ where is it going? Just think of all the stuff that is in there, from PILLS to BLOOD to PAINT to ...oh my... it's overwhelming isn't it?  The soil and water is often adversely affected.  Some possible combination solutions here are to : pay attention to what we place down the drain and reduce and/or ideally eliminate certain stuff all together, cap the septic tanks, handle particular waste products more specifically individually in a separate system.

----

It should be a given that the consumption of animal products is unethical therefore inappropriate. Such is bad chemistry as well and will inevitably affect the user and possibly others who are around.

----

I experience pain in numerous different ways to numerous different parts of the head. Sometimes it is sharp pain, pain that disables me to the degree I must lie down and rest (hopefully in a place with safe enough air quality).

Sometimes there is a gagging feeling, something that in some way "off sets me", sometimes like a "prod" to the brain. How are the nerves being affected? Sometimes there are chemicals which affect my stomach.

SOME TYPE OF RELIEF: Sometimes if I am able to eat I notice that if I eat safe stuff it helps to flush out the toxins...

Getting away from the "poison/toxin" is a primary issue, to a safer more soothing place. If we do not have the ability to get away, what can we do to try to alleviate the suffering?

----

"These days I am so afraid of CHRISTMAS TIME : the tree gives me so much of a headache in the enclosed space indoors.  I do not know how the tree is grown however I have seen TV shows that illustrate how they sometimes use "heavy fertilizers", and the way that some EVERGREENs are, they are seemingly "aromatic" in a way that they emit what they emit, if they are laced with dangerous fertilizers or herbicide/pesticides, or even dangerous minerals, or the chemistry of the tree in general may be "out of balance"... well, that can be dangerous inside an enclosed space, just like someone lighting up a cigarette."

---

Hope for safer consumer goods.

Generally speaking, Consumers Create the demand by what they purchase or do not choose to purchase.
